Your Team

We are growing our Internal Sales & Service Group team in [insert location] where we answer customer questions and concerns.

Our team is highly collaborative Weplay a supporting role and provide the front line of customer service and sales.

Reporting Relationships: You report to the supervisor and the manager and you have 0 direct reports.


About You

So, you think you’ve got what it takes to make the cut? Internal Sales and Service Representatives work with other employees and customers of Acme to educate, troubleshoot, and promote product understanding that leads to sales!

You have:

  • 1 year of experience in a field related to customer service or sales

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education is required

  • The ability to obtain all required Federal and/or state registrations or licenses (Some licenses may require a credit check)

  • Eagerness to learn about the product and process

  • A strong sense of responsibility to follow FINRA rules and other legal regulations

  • Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Computer competency and a working knowledge of basic office software

  • Character that matches the Acme Value and Guiding Behaviors


You might also have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Finance, Insurance, Economics, or Business Administration

  • ChFC, CLU, or other industry certifications are appreciated

  • Exceptional leadership skills

  • Non-related working or other experience that will help you succeed in this job

  • Sales and related competencies acquired through education or experience


Job Summary

In the day in the life of an Internal Sales & Service Representative you might:

  1. Receive calls and providing answers about past and present products and services

  2. Act as a consultant to advise about product use and cross-sell new products as needed

  3. Provide personalized service to all customers based on previous encounters

  4. Maintain Federal licensure, FINRA regulations, and Acme company policies in all interactions

  5. Conver leads into sales through customer education and excellent service

  6. Analyze and resolving customer issues on first contact through all means provided

  7. Utilize available technology to improve each customer’s experience

  8. Collaborate with team members to assist customers when help is needed

  9. Help others on the team

Training & Work Schedule

Your career at Acme begins on [start date] with an award-winning [X # of days or weeks] training program designed to set you up for success and confidence in your new role. Your training schedule will be Monday to Friday from [X:00am to X:00pm]. Your regular work schedule will be Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm, with a total of 32 hours per week.
